The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Register and qualify prospective buyers
*Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings
*Conduct accompanied property viewings
*Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
*Generate valuation opportunities for the branch
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
*Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch
Sales Negotiator Requirements
*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within Estate Agency
*Proven track record in a target-driven sales environment
*Ambitious, motivated, and career-focused mindset
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
*Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
*Good knowledge of Nottingham and the surrounding areas
*Full UK driving licence
