People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Warehouse Operativeto join our well-established client based in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and career progression within a growing manufacturing environment.

Rates of Pay:
*Between 14:30 - 19:00 £13.27 p/h
*Between 19:00 - 23:00 £17.05 p/h
*Overtimes: £19.91 - £26.54

Day-to-Day Duties:
As an Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
*Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods accurately and safely.
*Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
*Loading and unloading vehicles in line with health and safety procedures.
*Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock movements.
*Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory control activities.
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Essential Skills:
To be successful as Warehouse Operative, you will need:
• Good communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Reliable and self-motivated approach to work
• Flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
• Previous experience working as an Warehouse Operative
Training Provided:
• Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
