You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced team, focusing on customer service, negotiating sales, and supporting branch operations.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Register and qualify applicants
*Arrange and book property viewings
*Conduct accompanied viewings when required
*Handle offers and negotiate between buyers and vendors
*Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
*Support the branch by covering appointments when required
*Contribute to the overall success and growth of the team
Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements
*Previous experience within estate agency or residential sales
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Professional, proactive, and motivated approach
*Full UK driving licence

Working hours
