Full job descriptionPainter & Decorator (Temporary Contract) - FifeWe are currently recruiting for experienced and fully qualified Painters & Decorators to join a team working on a temporary contract across social housing properties throughout Fife.

The Role*Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works within occupied and void social housing properties.
*Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, stripping, and priming.
*Applying paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to a high standard.
*Completing work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail.
*Working respectfully within tenants homes and providing excellent customer service.
*Adhering to all health and safety regulations and site procedures.
Requirements*Fully qualified Painter & Decorator
*Previous experience working within domestic properties; social housing experience is desirable.
*Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials.
*Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
*Full UK driving licence is essential.
*Own tools preferred.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
