Full job descriptionConcierge (Residential) | North West London£28,000 per annum + Pension + Holiday AllowancePermanent | Monday-Friday | 11:00am-7:00pm | 35 Hours per Week
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Concierge to join a prestigious mixed-use residential development in North West London.
This is a front-facing role within a professional residential environment, ideally suited to someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and taking pride in maintaining high standards across a development.
The RoleAs Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, ensuring a welcoming, safe and well-managed environment at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
*Providing a professional and personable front-of-house service
*Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors
*Managing access control and building security procedures
*Handling parcels, post, keys and resident enquiries
*Conducting routine site inspections and reporting maintenance concerns
*Liaising with contractors and on-site teams to ensure service standards are maintained
*Maintaining accurate records, logs and handover reports
*Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the development
About YouWe are looking for a polished and proactive individual who understands the importance of resident experience within a residential environment.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience within residential concierge, front-of-house, reception, hospitality or luxury customer service roles
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A professional, approachable and service-driven attitude
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
*Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures (desirable)
*SIA CCTV Licence (advantageous but not essential)
Package & Benefits*£28,000 annual salary

*20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
*Monday to Friday working pattern
