We’re recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join an industry-recognised professional body. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency or sales professional who enjoys building relationships, promoting services, and closing business in a structured and supportive environment.
This role combines consultative selling with account onboarding and client engagement, offering genuine progression opportunities and a hybrid working model.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will:
*Promote and sell company benefits and membership services
*Cross-sell related services to existing and prospective members
*Support the onboarding of new members and ensure a smooth customer journey
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
*Build strong relationships with clients through a consultative sales approach
*Work towards targets and contribute to overall business growth
*Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Advisor Requirements
*Experience in estate agency or a sales-focused role (preferred)
*Strong telephone manner and confident communication skills
*Proven ability to sell, promote services, and close business
*Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Target-driven, motivated, and commercially aware
*Organised with good attention to detail
What’s on Offer?
*£25,550 basic salary
*Commission structure with realistic £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
