Independent SEND Secondary English Teacher- Peckham A small specialist independent provision offers a nurturing and inclusive environment where every young person can succeed in English.
The Service:
A small Independent School, with a maximum intake of 15 students offering a mixed ability environment responding to a range of social/emotional needs.
Provides full-time education, in small groups and one-to-one, for young people who have fallen behind due to their needs not being met in other settings.
The key aims are to re-engage students in the learning process, supporting them to overcome their difficulties and provide access to high quality tuition across a broad curriculum.
Who is the service for?
Young people who are unable to cope in mainstream settings who may have needs such as:
*ASD
*Anxiety & depression
*Attachment disorders
*Bullied in school or victim of crime
*Coping with bereavement
*Long gaps in education
*School phobia
What We OfferWe provide tailored English education for secondary-aged students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), supporting a wide range of profiles including ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning differences.
