We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Exeter. The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional and seamless aftersales experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities*Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repair work
*Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
*Providing estimates and obtaining approval for additional work
*Liaising closely with technicians and workshop control
*Managing job cards, invoices, and service documentation
*Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
*Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction
About You*Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Confident using dealership management systems
*Full UK driving licence preferred
*Positive and professional attitude
