Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teacher with Additional Responsibilities to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Oxted.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and is ready to take on additional responsibilities within the school, such as subject leadership, phase leadership, curriculum development, or mentoring colleagues.
The Role*Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.
*Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
*Take responsibility for an agreed area of leadership within the school.
*Support colleagues in developing teaching and learning practices.
*Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment.
*Work closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to support student success.
The Ideal Candidate*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
*Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*Has experience in, or aspirations towards, leadership responsibilities.
*Is committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
*Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
