Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)
Protocol Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded primary school in Reigate that is seeking a passionate and motivated Primary Teacher with Additional Responsibilities to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher who is looking to further develop their career by taking on additional leadership responsibilities while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive.
*Take responsibility for a curriculum area, phase group, or other agreed leadership duties.
*Support the development of teaching and learning across the school.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
*Contribute to the school’s vision and ongoing improvement.
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*A commitment to raising standards and achieving excellent outcomes for pupils.
*Previous leadership experience or a desire to take on additional responsibilities.
*A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
