About the Role: In this position, you will be working directly with students diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and various mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting individual students in their daily routines
*Engaging them throughout the school day to help achieve specific learning objectives
*Assisting in identifying triggers and employing effective de-escalation tactics when required
*Regularly reporting on pupils’ behaviors and achievements
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
*Holds a pending or qualified degree in Psychology or Criminology
*Possesses excellent behaviour management skills
*Has strong communication abilities and a genuine passion for helping others
*Is open to training in Team Teach and Manual Handling

Compensation: The position offers a competitive pay starting at £14.25 per hour, with negotiation based on experience and performance.
