Meraki Talent’s rapidly growing consultancy client is actively looking for a Senior Sales Director to focus on their growing Banking and wider financial services client base. An organisation born from ’bleeding edge’ technology, they are the market leaders in AI, Digital & Data. A senior client-facing leadership role focused on developing strategic client relationships, winning complex transformation programmes, delivering sustained revenue growth through Data, Analytics, AI and Digital.
This appointment would suit a seasoned Senior Sales Director with an existing network in Banking. Someone tuned in to Technology and Digital, that is passionate about it and sees the future and benefits of AI & Data. Perhaps someone working for a large, global or ’clunky’ consultancy, that wants more recognition, autonomy and professional development. Someone who wants a voice, with a genuine channel into the C-Suite and Exec.
Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Director (Financial Services, AI & Data)
*Develop and execute growth strategies across the Banking client base
*Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships
*Lead complex sales cycles
*Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders across technology
*Identify opportunities for cross and up sell
Background of theSenior Sales Director (Financial Services, AI & Data)
*Extensive experience working as a Senior Sales/Business Development leader with a track record of delivering large scale (Approx £5 - £20m+) deals across the Banking & Financial Services sectors
*Strong network across Banking, engaged at a Senior Management, Exec and C-Suite level
*A technical mindset, and ability to ’talk the talk’. A good understanding of Data, Digital and/or AI verticals extremely helpful
*Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes
