Senior Associate – Clinical Negligence & Abuse Litigation (6+ PQE)

The role
As a Senior Associate, you’ll manage a varied caseload while working closely with colleagues across litigation and regulatory teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Handling clinical negligence and abuse claims from instruction through to resolution
*Advising a range of clients including insurers, indemnifiers, public bodies and professionals
*Managing complex and sensitive matters with appropriate care and attention
*Collaborating on related litigation, disciplinary and inquiry work
*Maintaining strong client relationships and meeting reporting requirements
*Supporting the wider team on strategic and client-facing initiatives
About you
This role would suit a Senior Litigation Solicitor who:
*Has 6+ years’ PQE (guideline level)
*Has a solid background in litigation (personal injury experience beneficial)
*Is confident managing sensitive and technically challenging matters
*Demonstrates analytical and communication skills
*Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
*Takes a proactive and client-focused approach
