Are you a recent engineering graduate or apprentice with a passion for innovation, and automation? Ready to kickstart your career working on real-world projects for some of the UK’s leading brands?
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to join a well-established automation solutions provider, working within a dynamic and experienced team at a modern manufacturing facility in Cheltenham.

What you’ll be doing:
*Take part in the full project lifecycle — from design to manufacturing and on-site commissioning.
*Assist in managing automation projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget.
*Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments (mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing).
*Travel to client sites in the UK and occasionally overseas for installations and site visits.
What we’re looking for:
*A degree (or HNC/HND) in Engineering.
*Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills — confident in client-facing roles.
*IT literate, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD software.
*Full UK driving licence (required).
