The role
As a Real Estate Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage a broad caseload covering a range of transaction types.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising on acquisitions and disposals of property
*Handling leasing transactions and estate management matters
*Drafting and reviewing property documentation including leases and licences
*Working with clients, counterparties and professional advisers
*Managing files efficiently from instruction through to completion
*Building strong and lasting client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Property Solicitor who:
*Has 4+ years’ PQE in commercial and/or residential property
*Is confident managing a varied caseload
*Has experience handling transactional property work
*Demonstrates organisational and drafting skills
*Communicates clearly and effectively with clients
*Takes a practical and commercially minded approach
*Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
