A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across the South East is seeking to expand its dispute resolution offering with the addition of a Property Litigation Solicitor. The firm has built a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to both individuals and businesses, combining technical expertise with a personable, client-focused approach.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded solicitor to join a busy and growing property litigation team based in Seaford. You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters, with exposure to a broad range of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution
*Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, forfeiture, and rent arrears
*Handling boundary disputes, rights of way, and easements
*Acting on possession proceedings and residential tenancy disputes
*Supporting on complex commercial property disputes
*Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
About You
*Qualified Solicitor (ideally 1–5 PQE, although all levels will be considered)
*Experience in property litigation and dispute resolution
*Strong technical knowledge and practical approach to problem-solving
*Excellent communication and client management skills
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
*A proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to business development
