Anna Maher Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful manufacturing business in Sheffield that is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administration role, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and is looking to join a stable business where they can build a long-term career.
The company supplies customers throughout the UK and internationally and has an excellent reputation within its sector. Full training will be provided, including support with export administration, so previous export experience is not essential.

*Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm
The Role
Working as part of a small and supportive team, you’ll be involved in a variety of administration and customer support activities, including:
*Managing customer enquiries by telephone and email
*Preparing and following up quotations
*Processing customer orders
*Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
*Providing customers with updates on orders and deliveries
*Booking couriers and coordinating shipments
*Assisting with export documentation and administration
*Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and SAP
*General administrative support as required
About You
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
*Previous administration experience
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*A positive, proactive and reliable approach
*The ability to manage a varied workload and work well as part of a team
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or office administration would be beneficial, although training will be provided.
