Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:
*Advising on a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions
*Supporting on multi-million pound deals from inception to completion
*Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
*Working closely with clients to provide commercially focused advice
*Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless legal services
Profile
We are looking for Solicitors with at least 1 seat of corporate experience - up to Legal Director level!
You should be:
*Experienced in M&A transactions and general corporate matters
*Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
*A strong communicator and team player
