Full job descriptionWe are currently hiring for a Live-In Caretaker to work on a luxury residential block based in SW London. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a high end block in a top location, offering brilliant accommodation.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: £20,000 per annum + Live In Accommodation (3 bedroom apartment - bills included)
Responsibilities will include:
*Welcoming residents and visitors to the building
*General internal cleaning of the block - dusting, mopping and hoovering.
*Regular waste disposal for routine collections.
*Managing deliveries, parcels and resident correspondence
*Assisting residents with luggage and transport where required
*Monitoring building security and responding to alarms when necessary
*Carrying out routine building checks and reporting any issues
*Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas
*Coordinating with contractors and delivery personnel
*Answering telephone calls and resident enquiries professionally
*Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the development

*Has excellent customer service skills
*Presents professionally and confidently
*Is reliable, proactive and trustworthy
*Takes pride in maintaining high standards
*Has previous caretaker, porter, hospitality, customer service or residential experience
*Is comfortable working independently
*Due to the nature of the accommodation provided, this position is ideally suited to someone seeking a live-in role and able to commit to becoming part of the building community.
