We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a thriving and forward-thinking surveying business due to continued growth and increasing workloads across Staffordshire and Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveying professional looking to join a supportive company that values quality over volume, offers genuine flexibility, and has exciting plans to expand into the commercial property sector.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across your designated area
*Undertake Mortgage Valuations to a high professional standard
*Deliver accurate and timely reports in line with industry regulations and best practice
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
*Manage your workload effectively while maintaining high service standards
*Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
*Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*Minimum AssocRICS qualified
*Registered Valuer Status (VRS)
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail and professional standards
*Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
