We are a well-established boutique recruitment consultancy based locally, and we are looking to expand our team with an all-round Recruitment Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a driven sales professional to join a friendly, supportive business offering autonomy, variety, and long-term career progression.


The Role:
Working in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
Building and developing strong client relationships
Business development and generating new opportunities
Taking detailed job briefs from clients
Advertising roles across job boards and social media platforms
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
Providing a high-quality, consultative service to clients and candidates


About You:
Previous recruitment experience OR a strong background in sales/customer-facing roles
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
