This is not a sales-driven role - the focus is on providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships within a relaxed, team-focused setting.
The Role - Account Handler - Personal Lines
*Manage your own portfolio of personal lines clients
*Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiries
*Provide tailored quotations and advice across home, motor and travel
*Build strong relationships with clients and insurers
*Ensure accurate records and FCA compliance
About You
*Experience within personal lines insurance
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Customer-focused and detail-oriented
*Enjoy working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
