Full job descriptionCONCIERGE
A key frontline role at a leading real estate company, providing a welcoming first point of contact for residents and guests. Responsibilities include managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient experience. The role operates on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off rota, including weekends, within the residential and commercial property sector, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

CONCIERGE ROLE:
*Greeting residents, tenants, guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
*Answering phone calls, emails and enquiries promptly and courteously
*Providing accurate information about the property, facilities, services and local area
*Handling resident and tenant requests, complaints and feedback, escalating when necessary
*Monitoring building access and ensuring visitors follow security procedures
*Registering visitors, issuing passes and notifying residents and tenants of arrivals
*Monitoring CCTV, alarms and access control systems where applicable
*Reporting incidents, safety concerns and suspicious activity to management
*Coordinating service requests with maintenance, housekeeping and contractors
*Assisting with move-ins, move-outs and booking of amenities
*Ensuring the lobby and reception area are clean, organised and presentable at all times
*Supporting property events, meetings and resident communications
*Assisting the Property Management team with daily operational tasks
*Enforcing house rules and building policies politely and professionally
CONCIERGE ESSENTIALS:
*Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception role
*Working weekends as required
*Working an 8.00am - 8.00pm shift pattern, 4 days on, 4 days off rota
*Communicating effectively with excellent interpersonal skills
*Delivering stra ong customer service orientation
*Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour
*Using basic computer skills including email, MS Office and property management systems
*Multitasking and remaining calm under pressure
*Applying good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
