Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join a well regarded law firm on an initial 3 month contract.

This role will suit someone with experience either in Corporate & Commercial or Employment & Immigration law department as a Legal PA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised legal support professional who can hit the ground running and provide high-level administrative support to a busy team.

Legal PA responsibilities:
*Diary and inbox management for fee earners and partners
*Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and client appointments
*Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
*Managing client files and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
*Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
*Supporting the billing process, including preparing bills and liaising with fee earners regarding WIP and client invoices
*Opening new matters and carrying out associated administration
*Assisting with general administrative and secretarial duties as required
Person Specification:
*MUST HAVE supported teams within either Corporate & Commercial or Employment & Immigration law
*Previous experience working as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, or in a similar legal support role
*Exposure to legal billing processes and invoicing
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
*Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
