Must have’s*Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate reports
*Confident written communication skills
*Good understanding of residential property or lettings processes
*Full UK driving licence
*Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
*Professional and customer-focused approach
Nice to have’s*Experience within inventories, lettings or property management
*Experience carrying out check-outs or supporting deposit negotiations
*Familiarity with property software systems
So, what will you be doing?*Conduct detailed inventory reports at the start of tenancies
*Carry out mid-term property inspections with clear written feedback
*Manage check-out inspections and document property condition
*Compare inventory and check-out reports to identify discrepancies
*Support deposit evidence preparation where required
*Identify and report maintenance issues to the lettings team
*Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and contractors
*Keep all documentation and reports updated on internal systems
