What will you do?
*You will undertake a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
*Advise employers on respondent work
*Advise on all levels of tribunal processes, including advocacy where appropriate
*Complex discrimination and whistle blowing matters
*Work on large scale projects and corporate transactions, due diligence, advise on consultation exercises
*Provide ongoing HR and employment support to businesses
What will you need?
*To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
*Ideally between 2-6 yrs employment law experience
