The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and target-driven Telemarketing Executive to join a growing and successful business.
This role is focused on generating high-quality sales opportunities for the Business Development team through proactive outbound calling, lead generation, and relationship building. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments with decision-makers.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in telemarketing, lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, or business development who enjoy speaking with customers and working towards targets.


Key Responsibilities
*Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
*Identify and engage with key decision-makers across target markets.
*Qualify leads and gather relevant business information.
*Book appointments and sales meetings for the Business Development team.
*Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
*Follow up marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
*Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
*Build relationships with potential customers and identify future opportunities.
*Work closely with the sales team to maximise lead conversion.
*Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.


Candidate Requirements
*Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Internal Sales, or Business Development.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Confident and professional telephone manner.
*Experience speaking with senior decision-makers.
*Highly motivated and target-driven.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
