Join Our Night Shift Kitchen Team We are looking for a talented and dedicated Night Chef to join our brand-new Eurest operation at Amazon in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and excellent service during overnight operations.
About the Role As a Night Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh, high-quality meals for customers throughout the night. Working as part of a supportive kitchen team, you will help maintain exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities *Prepare and cook a variety of fresh food to company standards.
*Ensure food is presented attractively and served efficiently.
*Maintain high standards of food hygiene, allergen management, and health & safety.
*Support stock control, food ordering, and waste management processes.
*Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and compliant at all times.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
*Assist with food preparation for upcoming services where required.
*Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For *Previous experience in a chef role within catering, hospitality, or food service.
*Passion for producing high-quality food.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures.
