Full job descriptionBusiness Development Executive, SaaS, £30,000 Basic, realistic Year One OTE of £47K (circa £55K for best performers) and £70K OTE in Year Two and beyond.Office-based in Leeds.

Who We Are Looking For
You don’t need prior software experience to break into SaaS here. We are just looking for transferable sales experience to become an elite BDR/SDR SaaS professional. The backgrounds of current high-performers includes ex-recruiters, estate agents, car sales executives, and home improvement salespeople. Telesales and other proven sales people are encouraged to apply.
What you do need:
*A proven background in a target-driven sales environment.
*Resilience, high energy, and a passionate desire to overachieve.
*The work ethic to hit the ground running: making 30 fully researched outbound calls and aiming for 2 closed deals a day.
