Location: Central London (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 from home)
Salary: £25,000 base + £ OTE (uncapped)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed business operating at the centre of the startup and advisory ecosystem. They connect high-growth companies with experienced senior professionals (think CFOs, CMOs, and board-level advisors) on a flexible, fractional basis.
This is one of the fastest-growing areas in the market, aligned with the future of work, and the company is scaling rapidly both in the UK and internationally.
You’ll be engaging with warm, pre-qualified leads, individuals who have already shown interest.


The Role


As an SDR, you’ll focus on re-engaging a large pool of inbound and existing CRM leads, giving you access to high-quality, consultative conversations from day one.


*Engage senior professionals and decision-makers already in the database
*Run discovery calls and deliver concise, value-driven pitches
*Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team
*Manage your own pipeline using CRM tools
*Work towards targets in a fast-paced, high-volume but warm environment
