Zero2Five Recruitment are delighted to be working with a high-quality, family-focused nursery in the SE27 area that is looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator.

About You
*Level 3 Early Years qualification
*Minimum 2 years’ experience within an Early Years setting
*Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Positive, reliable, and professional approach
*Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
*Team player with a desire to learn and develop
The Role
*Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children
*Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
*Support children’s development through engaging and stimulating activities
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across the nursery
*Promote safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
*Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning
*Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
