Zero2Five are proud to be working with a well-established, family-focused nursery in the SE27 area that is seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident childcare professional who enjoys leading a team, creating inspiring learning experiences, and making a real difference to children’s early development.
What We’re Looking For
*Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
*Previous Room Leader experience
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
*Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
*A genuine desire to develop your career within Early Years
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and inspire your room team
*Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
*Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
*Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and education
*Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
*Monitor observations, assessments, and developmental progress
*Promote a positive, reflective, and inclusive environment
*Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
