We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment. Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for driving productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement while managing and developing production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
*Ensure efficient production flow and on-time delivery.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
*Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, and housekeeping.
*Monitor and improve KPI performance across production operations.
*Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory and material flow.
*Support audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
*Manufacturing experience essential; automotive experience advantageous.
*Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, and KPI management.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or IATF quality environments.
