Key Responsibilities *Provide excellent customer support via telephone, email, and customer service platforms.
*Manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
*Handle enquiries relating to products, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
*Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
*Maintain accurate records and case notes within CRM and internal systems.
*Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely query resolution.
Skills & Experience *Previous customer service experience is essential, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage challenging situations.
*Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
*A positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
*Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be advantageous.
