The role
You’ll act as the go-to person for AI within the Development function, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Day to day, you’ll be:
*Working with Development leadership to shape how AI is used across the team
*Collaborating with teams across the business in hands-on, problem-solving sessions
*Working within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, using leading AI and LLM tools
*Looking at current development processes and identifying where AI can add real value
*Driving prompt engineering and more modern, AI-led approaches to building and improving systems


What they’re looking for
*Experience within insurance or financial services (this doesn’t need to be purely technical)
*Hands-on prompt engineering experience
*Experience working in a GCP environment (or strong exposure)
*Someone who already has an AI-first mindset
*Comfortable working with different teams and speaking to stakeholders
*Confident enough to suggest ideas and improvements, not just follow instructions
