Position: Academic Teaching Assistant
Location: Lambeth
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term Contract
Payscale: £105-£120 per day (Mon-Fri, term-time only)

Role and Responsibilities for an Academic Teaching Assistant:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
*Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth
*Use a variety of strategies and resources to inspire curiosity and facilitate active learning
*Assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure student success
*Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community
Qualifications and Requirements for a Academic Teaching Assistant:
*1st Class / 2:1 Degree from reputable university
*Strong academics across the board
*Experience working with Secondary-aged students
*Strong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum and effective teaching practices
*Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
