Location: Midlands

The OpportunityDue to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a CNC Service Engineer to join a well-established machine tool business with an excellent reputation within the manufacturing sector.
This role offers a mix of field service and occasional site-based work, providing variety and the opportunity to work on a range of CNC machinery across multiple industries. The company is committed to developing its engineers and offers ongoing technical training, career progression and strong earning potential through door-to-door pay and overtime.
The RoleAs a CNC Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of CNC machine tools at customer sites.
Key responsibilities include:
*Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on CNC machinery
*Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
*Responding to breakdowns and minimising customer downtime
*Installing and commissioning new machinery
*Working on CNC controls, drives, motors, hydraulics and pneumatic systems
*Producing detailed service reports
*Providing excellent customer support and technical advice
The CandidateWe are keen to speak with engineers who have experience within:
*CNC machinery
*Machine tools
*Industrial maintenance
*Field service engineering
*Manufacturing or production environments
You will ideally possess:
*Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
*Experience working with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or Mazatrol (advantageous)
*A proactive and customer-focused approach
*Full UK Driving Licence
Package*£30,000 - £40,000 basic salary
