Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
About the RoleTeaching Personnel are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers to work across a variety of schools in the Swansea and Carmarthenshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs to gain flexible work in supportive school environments.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high standards of classroom management, and supporting students in achieving their full potential.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (or equivalent recognised qualification)
*A relevant degree (e.g., BA/BSc in your subject area or Education)
*Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales
*A valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*A passion for teaching and supporting student development
