North London (N20) | £30,000 per year
Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
Looking for a Concierge role with a better work-life balance?
We’re recruiting for a professional and personable Day Concierge to join a small exclusive luxury residential development in North London.
This is a Monday to Friday position within a boutique development, giving you the opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents while delivering exceptional customer service in a premium environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Welcoming residents and visitors
*Managing parcels and deliveries
*Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
*Monitoring CCTV and building security
*Carrying out regular building inspections
*Reporting maintenance and health & safety issues
*Coordinating contractor access
*Keeping communal areas well presented
*Maintaining site records and logs
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is...
*Professional and well presented
*Friendly and approachable
*Organised and reliable
*Confident working independently
*Excellent with residents and visitors
*Comfortable using basic IT systems
*Previous experience within Concierge, Residential, Front of House or Hospitality would be highly desirable.
*An SIA Licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
