*Location: Southampton, with travel to other sites.

*Salary: £46,000 - £47,500
Join our client as a HR Business Partner to support the implementation of HR processes and policies, ensuring effective operational support across the organisation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Conduct colleague onboarding and oversee recruitment processes, including managing recruitment events and minimising agency spend.
*Provide HR case guidance, support disciplinary and consultation procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
*Promote a performance management culture, assisting managers with the performance of their teams.
*Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain HR documentation, and ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and adhered to.
*Develop and implement engagement, wellness, and employee relations initiatives.
*Travel to various locations to provide direct support to managers on HR matters, ensuring a consistent approach across all sites.
*Monitor HR metrics and contribute to management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission of statutory reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
*CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent. (not essential)
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
*Full, clean driving licence.
