Full job descriptionA well-established wealth management firm is looking to appoint an Associate Financial Planner within its Berkshire office.
This role would suit either a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner looking to move into advice or a junior Financial Adviser seeking a supportive environment to continue developing their career.
The successful individual will work with an existing client bank and, following the firm’s internal sign-off process, will begin advising clients and conducting review meetings. The focus is initially on servicing existing clients, with the opportunity to progress into a full Financial Planner position over time.

The role:
*Advising and servicing an existing client base
*Conducting client review meetings
*Preparing and presenting suitable recommendations
*Working alongside experienced Financial Planners and support staff
*Progressing towards a Financial Planner role
Requirements:
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close to completion)
*Experience within financial planning, paraplanning or wealth management
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Desire to build a long-term career in financial planning

*Salary up to £55,000
