An established and well-respected regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing property team.

The RoleYou will manage your own commercial property caseload, advising a broad range of clients on matters including:
*Commercial acquisitions and disposals
*Commercial leases
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Property refinancing and secured lending
*Development and investment work
*Client and referrer communication throughout transactions
*File management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Supporting business development and networking initiatives where appropriate
About YouTo be considered, you will have:
*At least 3 years’ PQE or equivalent commercial property experience
*The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
*Experience handling a varied range of commercial property transactions
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
*A proactive and team-focused approach
Experience acting for developers, investors or business clients would be advantageous, but is not essential.
