Field Based / Fareham Office
£50,000 to £70,000, plus company car.
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join a growing engineering manufacturer specialising in bespoke industrial cooling and heat exchange solutions.
This is a technical sales role focused on building relationships, developing new business opportunities and supporting customers with engineered solutions rather than off the shelf products.
The role
*Develop new and existing industrial customer accounts across the UK
*Identify and win new project opportunities
*Interpret technical requirements and provide solution based proposals
*Prepare technical quotations alongside engineering teams
*Manage key customer relationships and long term accounts
*Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events
*Support business growth through proactive pipeline development
What we are looking for
*Background in industrial or technical B2B sales
*Understanding of HVAC, refrigeration or capital equipment markets
*Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical concepts
*Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
*Proven success winning project based or specification led business
