Based from Fareham, with a focus on Portsmouth / Basingstoke sites too.
£50,000 to £60,000
We are looking for a proactive Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Manager to take ownership of safety, health, environmental and quality systems across a busy engineering and manufacturing operation.
This role will focus on improving compliance, strengthening operational standards and driving a positive safety culture across manufacturing sites.
The role
*Develop and maintain integrated HSEQ systems
*Ensure compliance with ISO and 45001 standards
*Lead audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments
*Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives
*Work closely with production and engineering teams
*Improve quality and compliance processes across fabrication and assembly operations
*Support operational teams in maintaining best practice standards
What we are looking for
*HSEQ experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
*Strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance processes
*NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
*Confident presence on the shop floor with a hands on approach
*Ability to influence teams and drive positive cultural change
