Responsibilties
*Handle intercompany applications and invoices efficiently
*Collaborate with the commercial and buying teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing
*Oversee and manage approval workflows for all invoices and applications
*Respond to and resolve queries in a timely manner
*Work closely with the Purchase Ledger Manager and Senior team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
*Prepare, reconcile, and payment runs
*Support the Accounts team, Purchase Ledger Manager, and Senior Finance team with ad hoc tasks and queries as required
Requirements
*Well-developed organisational abilities
*High level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
*Capable of performing effectively in fast-paced environments while meeting strict deadlines
*Familiarity with Sage 200 is advantageous, though not required
