We are currently recruiting for a Senior Negotiator/Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in South Woodham Ferrers.
The ideal candidate must have previousEstate Agency experience including Valuing.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Negotiator / Valuer:
*Basic £25,020 DOE
*OTE £46,000
*Car allowance £3,600
*Fuel allowance £1,380
*£40,000 Guaranteed for first 3 months
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm (day back during the week)
*5 day working week
*1.25% commission structure
*Instruction Bonus
*Office target completion bonus
*Parking season ticket provided
*28 days holiday including bank holidays
*Highly established and successful local estate agency
Responsibilities for the role of Senior Negotiator / Valuer:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
*Valuing and listing properties
*Providing tailored advice to clients
*Following up warm leads
*Creating your own business opportunities
*Working together as a team to achieve success
Key Skills for the role of Senior Negotiator / Valuer:
*Must have experience in Valuing
*High level of customer service skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ambitious with the drive to succeed
*Proactive team player
*Excellent telephone manner
*Well-presented and self-motivated
*Passion for helping people
*Proven track record within the property industry
*Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
