Full job descriptionWe are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pension Administrator to join a large and growing organisation where you’ll be part of a friendly and successful Pensions Administration team who take pride in delivering high-quality work for our clients, and you’ll play a key role in upholding those standards.
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will:
*Calculate member benefit entitlements accurately and efficiently
*Respond to queries from a range of stakeholders, including clients and scheme members
*Prepare and compile information and documentation as require
We’re looking for someone who brings
*Previous experience in a similar role, either with a third-party administrator or within an in-house occupational pension scheme
*Strong experience working with Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
*A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail
