Description
*Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Analysts
*Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and commercial governance across programmes
*Ensure strong cost control, value for money, and risk management on all projects
*Manage procurement strategy, supplier performance, and commercial compliance
*Own programme-level reporting, providing insight to senior stakeholders
*Partner with Project Managers, Construction teams, Finance, and supply chain leaders
*Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and frameworks
Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
*A degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
*Proven experience in cost management within the facilities management sector.
*A strong understanding of procurement processes and contract administration.
*Proficiency in financial reporting and project cost forecasting.
*Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
*Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
