Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, overseeing compliance and advisory work to the highest standard
*Providing technically sound corporate tax advice, including on complex transactions, restructuring, and planning matters
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for key accounts
*Supervising, supporting, and developing junior and mid-level tax staff within the team
*Contributing to business development activity, including identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s corporate tax offering
Requirements*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong background in corporate tax
*Demonstrated ability to manage a varied client portfolio and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
*Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships
*Experience in mentoring or supervising junior team members within a practice setting
