Job Description:
Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities
*Mobile Phone Contract Renewal
*Obtain renewal pricing and T&Cs from supplier
*Compare against current contract and analyse costs, risks, and savings
*Lease Renewals
*Liaise with landlords and review new agreements against existing terms
*Negotiate pricing and terms
*Work with Office Manager on any site-related concerns
*Adobe Licences
*Review current licences and expiry dates
*Coordinate renewals and purchase additional licences as needed
*Facilities
*Source quotes for electrical repairs
*Arrange contractor to resolve floor socket issues
*IT & Systems
*Work with Wanstor to assess Papercut cloud migration and firewall upgrades
*Liaise with Southern Communications on contract renewal and pricing
*Onboarding & Equipment
*Support new starters with phone/laptop setup and procurement
*Coordinate with IT provider on user profiles
*Fleet Support
*Assist part-time Fleet Administrator as required
Key Skills & Experience
*Experience reviewing contracts (T&Cs, leases, supplier agreements)
*Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency
*Excellent communication and organisation skills
*Commercial awareness and attention to detail
*Practical, solutions-focused approach
